Sorry, didn't notice that one was for the 2.5RS, but in the end it's all about the same.... Glad everything worked out though....

just go to the auto parts store they sell books that will tell you how to basicaly tear your car down and put it back together.
nasioc.com, they are good people and can help you out for sure, but basicly here it is, jack the car up, remove the wheels, remove the caliper (2 bolts on the backside bolting it to the hub, pull the pads out, open the cap to the master cylinder(where the brake fluid goes) anduse a c clamp to push the piston back in the caliper, to make room fro the new (thicker) pads, make sure its compressed enough to slide the calipre with the pads in it onto the rotor, bolt it up, start the car and pump them a few times, then replace the cap on the fluid resivor. you may have to have the rotors turned
It's the same as any other car.
